Re: Tier 1 (General) extension applications - PEO Experience

[quote="bilal_zain"]Hi folks, Just wanted to know is it helpful to submit tier 1 extension application in person through immigration/visa consultant or firm? I never had done that before. They seems to be charging £1000 plus even though I will be filling up forms and providing each and every evidenc...

Re: Mother's Visitor Visa

That would be General Visitor visa and not Family visa as suggested in the Thread. Please read the guidelines, if you have a PR then you can apply as family visitor. If not, please apply as General visitor.

Thanks,
V

Hello,

I probably misread what you said.

Anyways, how do I contact the Home Office to explain my case and get their reply regarding my complex case?

Please do let me know.

Cheers

[quote="sushdmehta"]Not until UKBA confirms in writing what you are implying. In absence, expect the application to be refused thereby leaving you with one option - that of JR (since you have valid leave until 2014, you'll not be given the right to appeal). You say that you appealed in Feb 2011 agai...

Tier 1 Dependent - Maintenance of Funds

Apologies for asking similar questions but need your help 1) I have a Tier 1 General visa and my wife already has a valid dependent visa. I am now applying for a dependent visa for my son. My questions is should I show £900 (for myself) + £600 (for my son) + £600 (for my wife) or will just £900 (for...
