what is counted as the date of the application, the one online or the one when you submit all the paperworks?

How long is allowed between the date of online application and submitting the supporting evidence?

does this depend on countries you are applying from?

Would the new rules still apply, if i get married outside Uk, a non-eu country, then apply for the spouse visa. Sounds a bit of a silly question but doesnt hurt to ask as I am trying to find all sorts of ways to marry my fiance and go back to UK to live with him
