Hi tvn_ramesh, This is interesting to know that if his application is refused he can then apply a new application, although I'd like to know if this has happened to anyone before or if this is an assumption ? Also, if he knows that his extension is going to be refused as he's not been living in UK a...

Thanks HSMP2008_JANUARY, yes the children are born in UK and I agree what you mentioned. However, spoken to PEO of Croydon office, they said there's no such rule in place where the children are granted citizenship - the only option in such cases is if the child is born in UK and before the birth eit...

ILR for under 18

Hi guys,

Does some one know if children under 18 needs to apply for ILR or they can apply for British citizenship straight after their parents (either father or mother) are granted ILR?

Thanks.

Yes, it was sent Special delivery - Royal Mail confirms that the package was delivered to DARLINGTON but HO is not responding at all, not by phone nor emails.

Don't know what to do next.

Dependent visa - applied on 29th DEC

It has been 5 weeks now that I have applied for my (new born) daughter's visa but neither the fee has been deducted nor I've received acknowledgment letter. As per my past experience they would deduct the fee within 3-4 days and then followed by the letter. Has this happened to any one else or I'm t...

Two mistakes that I have found in the refusal letter: 1. In the past earnings section, they write "...£5119.92 earned in the UK" which is wrong, the application was filed from Pakistan for the earning in Pakistan. 2. further, on the same line, they say "...earned in the UK - Band A", again, the cas...

I'm wondering if some one would know if we can use expired IELTS result/certificate for extension? When I applied for HSMP four years before there were no requirements of IELTS but I provided, and in the meanwhile it has expired as it's only valid for 2 years.
