Documents needed for BC Application

Hi

My first passport expired and got a new passport now. Do I need to scan my old passport pages as well or only the current passport is needed for BC application?.

To cover my 5 years of travel history I need to include both, don't I?

I dont think there is a problem. Nonpayment is an issue if its pending for a while. But if one wants to challenge a ticket or appeal its not considerd non payment.
