Like you I applied on the 3rd July. After 2 weeks of no calls, no letter from HO, I decided to sent an email to my local MP! I received a reply from the MP office within a day. I've now received my approval letter, original documents with my passport and Biometric Card. So I encourage you to write ...

Hi all,

Upon posting and replying to this thread a few weeks ago, I sent an email to our local MP and received a reply from them within the same day. My ILR has been approved and biometric card received.

Thanks again everyone and God Bless.

Hi All I just managed to speak to someone who works in one of the departments of the Liverpool office. Although she wasn't able to help me or give me any other contact infor (she said there were no actual contact numbers or faxes for the right department-very secretive) she was totally horrified wi...

I've just had very bad news. My case is in Liverpool. It is still pending. They gave my friend the wrong information about it being approved. I may go jump off a cliff. I reckon all the cases from the 2nd are in Liverpool. This nightmare keeps getting worse. In that case I reckon, mine too, has bee...

It's been 10 days, thus I will be contacting my local MP and will be taking this issue to BBC watchdog or Channel 4. I think all of you should do the same and st...

Anjantalove,

Mental trauma of an postal applicant is understatement , I have palpitation since I left the HO building on the 3rd!!! ( and I agreed that we should be charged Premium Service, or at least we should get some refund back!)

Seriously, they are taking advantage of us here!! The least they could do is to stop asking people to send their application through PEO so that they can settle the back long. Their IT issue has been a problem since March and yet they do nothing to solve it! It's a big joke! I'm fuming, not only I w...

Hi Manci, Many thanks for your showing me the link. Do you have any advise for questions B and C. I find it so stressful not knowing your rights after the booking has been made. Presumably when I go to the PEO on the 3rd and if the case worker say my booking reference is not valid, what should I do?...
