Dear All,

Can I, being on a Tier 1 Post Study Work Dependant Visa, apply/switch to Tier 2 General Visa within the UK?

UKBA says that any Tier 1 category can apply from the UK. Would a Tier 1 Dependant visa be considered as any Tier 1?
