Regarding PRTB, I beleive the landlord can say in the form that ppsn is not yet available
Also, if the landlord does prtb registration online then you can get it very quickly

But its more likely you might receive it later this month or mid Jan as its almost 3 months for you now

Sometimes a person is issued a 6 months stamp 4.
Does this mean that the RC can take upto 9/10 months from date of application? What is the current timeframe people are getting RC

Thanks Amanda for the pointer to the "Surinder Singh" idea. The UKBA website too has reference to this. So this nicely completes the loop and the rules are clearer than the ambiguous ILR rules for this category. Just hope that the EU rules dont change for next few years! Thanks..
