Hi Bal,

I wrote to my local MP via email. He was very good and responded within a day and then called me to clarify situations.

You have to find out who your local MP is. There is no such template.. just contact them and explain the situation.

Firstly, if you had savings for more than 6 months, you should write to the Visa office for the attention of the ECM and explain to them that the money was held in your account, and that you transferred it... If the ECM is satisfied that the evidence was already provided - they should overturn immed...

I have an email from an ECM stating that the sponsorship undertaking is not required and that it has been clarified. If there was no other reasons, then, u must write to the visa office immediately. The appeal will take 6 months, but u can still write to them and expect a reply within 20 working days.

Nope..

I guess they'll drag til 30th April... I sent an email to them last week and they replied - below:

Your application will be reviewed once its place in the queue is reached therefore any future emails will be read but not responded to.

I guess that's their attitude..

Just to clarify.. the Operations Manager at the Chennai office has confirmed to me in writing that the SU07 form is not a mandatory requirement and that the decision to reject an application for that issue is in fact an incorrect decision.

If your gross annual income is above 18,600 and the last six months payslips have at least £1550 before tax, then you do not need to submit 12 months payslips - 6 months is enough. first question to ask is whether you meet the annual income requirement... then, if you must submit the 12 months paysl...

If the originals were available at the time of rejecting, then you should submit them with your appeal.

If it was just one evidence, then the ECO would contact you, as it is all six payslips, and contract, then they were right to reject.

Were there no other reasons for the refusal?
