In terms of the paper trail that is required how would a 0 hour contract work with regards to submissions of...

Write/call HO.
You are eligible to have the fees refunded and they will be - what is not in your control is when it happens.

Do not start new posts for each question.

Yes, there are no specifications on what types of contracts are needed. There is no requirement to even have a contract.

Re: 10 Year Route - Need Advice

So, if you complete 10 years on the date of decision, HO cannot refuse, irrespective of when you applied. But remember that qualification of ILR is completion of 10 years, not completion of 28 days before ...

Many thanks.

So he does not qualify.

What are the other options do we have here, so that he can join us?

Regards,

Adeeb
He would need to get a visa on his own - student visa, for example.

Sorry to hear about the refusal.

It might help to post the entire refusal letter (with personal information removed).

It is not clear what was the basis for their decision in your post

Re: Tier 1 extension application clarifications

"within 6 months" is the maximum. Anything before your application still meets that condition. The evidence requirements for showing "access to funds" and "money invested" are very different. So, if you have submitted the documents required for "money invested" and it is approved, then obviously poi...
