There is no requirement to have hours in the payslip. You will declare the hourly rate in the application form, which then allows HO to calculate hours worked

There are no fixed questions that they will ask.

As long as you know your business well, know the numbers, your source of funding and so on, you should be ok.

No, existing employee numbers cannot count towards job creation. You need to have 2 additional jobs.
