my heart is bitten.my mp just rang the ukba on my behalf and they told him that a decision has been made on my application and will be semd to my solicitor few days time and needed signing for My heart is pounding for you!!! Well I think I been waiting the most I sent my documents on January 17 2012, got acknowledge letter on the 19th of January 2012 and havent heard
nothing after that... Very simple case my husband and daughter are british...

It;s taking forever but good luck to everyone!!!

My wife received all her documents back today along with a letter granting her further leave to remain. (on the basis that we have a British born child) She now has to send of her application form for a Biometric Residence Permit and that will be that. So all in all from her application in December...

Hi I apply for DLR, on January 2012 and still waiting till this day, so Good Luck!!! And you have to be patient, but let's keep update here, there's just one case here she have her DLR and just took UKBA 11 months to process her DLR visa, so let's wait and see how long take ours...
