(on the basis that we have a British born child) She now has to send of her application form for a Biometric Residence Permit and that will be that. So all in all from her application in December...

Hi I apply for DLR, on January 2012 and still waiting till this day, so Good Luck!!! And you have to be patient, but let's keep update here, there's just one case here she have her DLR and just took UKBA 11 months to process her DLR visa, so let's wait and see how long take ours...
