I got my interview letter today and as the others mentioned, my first name is not show.

Just called them to try and book the interview and was told their system is down and i shd call back after 3pm today. They expect to be very busy then so if i cant get through I should call tomorrow.

Hey all, Finally, I had my citizenship ceremony today! I arrived at the town hall about 9:45am. As expected, registration started at about 10am and the actual ceremony started at about 10:30am. I find it unlikely they wd give u an interview date for when office is closed so i see no reason to worry. To put ur mind at ease u can always check online to see which days each office is open.

Happytohelp, which office did u hv ur passport interview? I am in london and from other people's comments it seem they r very busy. I am willing to go a little bit further if necessary.

Helpmeplease, your ceremony was long. Which council was it with? Mine was with Camden and the ceremony itself was abt 30 mins while the registration before was abt 30 mins as well.

Hi all, I received my british passport on saturday @ 10.00 am ... it took only 12 days from start to end..... :D :D :D :D Passport Interview is very straight forward and interviewer will ask you what you have written on your form. All the best for all of you for your ceremony & passport application...

I have an approval letter dated 15th of October, but still unable to book a BC ceremony because the council haven't received any letter from the UKBA. It's less than a month since you applied so I would relax abit if I were you. Applications seems to be processing faster these days so all going well you should hear from them by mid next month or so.
