Your father will have to pay 150% of the NHS costs. He has no entitlement to free NHS and your status is irrelevant. For costs, you would need to contact the NHS or private consultants directly. Hi Vinny, Thanks for the reply. Yes i want them to settle with me. I have read there was immigration rule which states if there is no care take abroad of your parents you can sponsor them on a condition till 5 years they can't claim benefits etc. But as website has changed I'm strugling to find that...

thank you both. I was advised to write a complaint and submit in police station so that if she called again I can tell them. I haven't done any thing serious so she call police. we were arguing and i told her take the divorce and she thought she will get divorce so atleast she can ruined me .......b...
