Why UKBA haven't updated the processing time for october....i cant even check the status on the website of gerry's it keeps loading and loading....whtz happening any1 having the same problem?

Wow looks like Islamabad is kicking in now........i got a general reply form my mp yesterday that my application is in process and they assured its in the 24 weeks time frame so i guess there is no need to expect anything sooner......

Many congrats Sidra1 for the RFC, hopefully july applicants and late june applicants l b getting their's RFC soon.....

@whoesnext, did you get any updates via your MP regarding you application/timelines? yeah i got email today from MP's office the caseworker said it is taking normally 24 weeks now as BHC in pakistan is overloaded with applications. He has not got the specific detail on my case but he said in email ...

Ali i think its administrative review that your solicitor is talking about but its only available for point based visa categories like (tier 1-5) so you have to go through the tiring appeal process.......I think king2b will guide you better dont get panic he l reply soon....

@Ali dont worry mate inshallah the decision will be overturned its a stupid mistake some ECO makes and poor people have to pay for it.....

Applied from Islamabad......emailed MP last week....yesterday he replied asking more details like passport number and stuff....hopefully he l get a status update this or next week from ukba.....

No they dont even know your output....The package is sealed so you can only open it when you go to receive your passport......
