ISA is individual savings account so should be OK.
I'll be using my ISA. I've always done it via ING and always takes 2-3 days for the money transferred and always got permits using ING.

It'd be same case if you end up having your savings abroad, takes 3 working days for the money to be wired :)

I'm sorry none of this is making any sense what so ever. My initial tier 1 general expires 21 Dec. Got appointment at PEO 27 Nov. I just called UKBA and asked when would the grant be given and said '27 Nov' so therefore my extension would be 27 Nov 2012 - 27 Nov 2015. I need 5 years in total to be c...

When to apply for Extension? & PR Requirements

Hello, My Tier 1 General initial visa validity: 21 Dec 2010 - 21 Dec 2012. I've got a PEO appointment 27 Nov 2012 All going well my extension would be 27 Nov 2012 - 27 Nov 2015. With PR do I not need to have 5 years full visa? IE if i do PEO i'd be a month short. Seems like I've got 2 options to hit...

Thanks for this.

Well I'm a contractor via umbrella company - so they told me 'you're our full time perm employee'.
So the application is fairly straight forward - i just got difficulty getting tier 1 initial application that got me paranoid to be honest.

Apply Tier 1 Extension via solicitor?

Hi, i need opinions please. I've got a PEO appointment for Tier 1 General extension. Is it a good idea to go through a solicitor? they cannot attend the appointment with myself as I've arranged the appointment, but they can ensure i cover all the requirements and get a cover letter. It's obviously a...

Letter from Accountant & Employer

Hi,

Anyone knows if the letter from accountant and employer needs to be dated no more than 31 days prior to date of application?

I know that's the case with a bank letter but what about employer (it'll be dated after the last pay period) & accountant.

Thanks,
Sez

Applying 2 months early

Hi, UKBA is 3 months behind in review application according to the website processing time. Is it worth applying 2 months before visa is expired (Dec 2012)? Worse case scenario applying within the 30 days - takes 3 months and rejection decision wouldn't give any time for reapplication would it! I do...

Tax document is only 1 type of proof of income you can provide. are you paying yourself a proper 'raise invoice - payslip' type of salary? you can probably just provide: - accountant letter detailing your company revenue and what you class as your income. - bank statement - NI documentation all the ...
