Re: [WP - Tier 1 - Tier 2] application to ILR

I don't see an issue in terms of the various immigration statuses she has held during the 5 year residence period. I.e. WP + T1G + T2G. Though you have made a statement that does not make sense: " March 2013: her current Tier 1 visa expires and will have to switch to Tier 2 visa as her current empl...

Her circumstance is slightly more complicated and it would be very much appreciated if you would help us clarify if she will be eligible for ILR: Let me start by giving you some info about her background: - September 2008 : Started work...

Re: Help needed please

I believe it will be the second option. Note, however that you need not wait until she is granted her ILR to apply for BC. All you need to do is have held ILR for 12 months (& meet all other requirements for naturalisation) before you are eligible for BC. It's just that your wife will be able to ap...

Re: Help needed please

My questions are: - Can my wife apply for BC with me in September 2013? - If not, would you please advise on the best route (in terms of timing and costs) for us to apply for BC? Regards, Conan 1. NO. 2. The earliest your wife can apply is after you become a Naturalised citizen. However, make sure ...

Yippy

Card was sent out on the 10th but I wasn't home.

Received a letter from the courier - DX (www.thedx.co.uk) - advising on how to arrange a re-delivery

Collected my card today at last.

I am so happy guys. Once again, thank you all.

Best of luck

Hi Conan, I notice that you did not include the date of departure and date of return in you travel spreadsheet. Is there any information/guidance saying that these should not be included? Thanks, N They just want to know the number of days you have been out of the country. If you want you can inclu...

I have opted out of paper statements, so i ordered last 6 months statements and they all are stated as Duplicate. I hope that shouldn't be a problem. Hi panther80 Thank u very much for ur M...

They have all these documents in their system. The moment they key in the home office reference number, it is giving our history on...

Hi, I have the same question actually. I've done some searching on this forum and have not found a concrete answer. I found this part extremely confusing since it says: " as stated in the Codes of Practice ". In my opinion, this implies it should be the rate of pay for the SOC in question as stated ...
