Thanku fr such a quick response..n honestly ures is such a straight fwd case n shud hve been overturned in a short span of time..unbelievable Hw it gets stretched fr no reason at all..Bt I think u still hve a Chance of being overturned..there r ppl whose decisions hve been overturned aftr deadline ...

@angie..thanku fr Tht update..so despite of u giving calls to the bhc..they still ignored ur appeal n hvnt even sent it back yet..really dnt knw wt to say..wt ws the reason fr ur visa refusal ? N did u make paper appeal or n oral appeal ? Awaiting response..

I do agree Tht mp cannot influence the decision Bt it can atleast wake the sleeping ecm to luk at the application which otherwise goes ignored n wasting the whole 19 weeks figure completely which is insane..ny other inputs regarding ths topic is welcome :d

yup i agree with you..was thinking of doing exactly the same thing tom..m jst gonne b firm and ask them to put me thru to the appeal dept and ask them to start taking an action on it already..pissing me off royally..

skaur..i completely agree with you..i really dont undrstand the 19 weeks figure except for the fact tht they really wanna stress you out for no apparent reason..its easy for them jst to send it back so tht we get r court hearing date and proceed with the needful..planning to call the bhc mumbai tom ...

heya raz1979..i have lodged an appeal from mumbai north and wnted to ask wher did u enquire abt review being dne 3 weeks prior deadline..do they give information regarding all ths over the phone? cz i tried calling them up twice and all they really say is tht its under process..well if its 3 weeks ...

@skaur..one more thing..have u ever thought of contacting your local mp for speeding up the process??
