To be honest I don't think involving MP will do you any good as UKBA will take their time. One piece of advice - don't panic...

thanks sanjacs and 19egg... the reason they give for refusal is Because she does not fulfill the 24 month stay in UK. Wow...Sheford! First, congrats on receiving yours.
