thanks for replying, will copies of online bank statement help me prove my 5 years residency along with our 5 years p60's? Any idea? Re: EEA2: Comprehensive Medical Insurance

My aged, retired parents have recently moved to the UK from South Africa. My mother is an Irish citizen, and my father a South African. They have been married for 44 years. Since both have retired, they qualify under EEA rules as 'economically self-sufficient'. In order for my father to apply for a...

I have one more question: is it a problem if there has been a month or two of unemployment in between employments? Does he need to actually mention those months as being unemployed or a job seeker?

I guess he needs it to prove his employment status as payslips were also lost for that period. He has P60 for 2005-2006 but no P60 for 2006-2007 (lost) while his bank statements show regular payments from his employer.

Online bank statements for EEA3

My husband, an EEA national, is going to apply for his PR soon. He will need to submit his bank statements to prove income from employment. However, for the period of 2005-2007 they were lost. We have printed them ourselves using online banking. Will HO accept them? It is written everywhere that the...

He has not applied to confirm his PR yet, but he holds Registration Certificate. He received it in 2008 together with my RC. However, I believe he could have applied for Reg Cert earlier, just did not want to. He is Lithuanian. So my main question is: should those 5 years of Treaty rights be the yea...
