yes .it is risky. on january 2015 he went back home 4 days .when he came back uk , nothing happened at border control . the reason he didnt switch by that time is because we need to meet the financial requirement for flr(m) .

Perhaps. If you apply for FLR(M) the case will be put on hold if it's only the Financial Requirement you don't meet.
