You don't need P60 or letter from employer unless you have gap in your passports or are eu citizen exercising treaty right.
Marriage certificate is only required if your partner has not been in the UK for 5 years(applying as BC spouse).[/quote]

Thank you Akhurshid. Completely get it.

Re: Kid outside UK for more than 90 days

Thank you Milan. Just so you know, checked with UKBA via email and got the response that there is no residential requirement for my little one's category of application, section 1(3).

So I need not dwell upon his absences

Kid outside UK for more than 90 days

Hi all, We are planning to apply BC in Feb 2015. Myself, hubby and kid will be applying. Myself and my hubby do not have any problem with absences from the country. But my little one is 110 days away from the UK in the past 1 year. He had to stay with his grandparents for a while. Do you think he is...

EC vs ED

Hi hani123, My hubby's entry clearance was on 1st nov 2006 and his entry date was on 1st january 2007..... I think the gap shouldn't be more than 30 days in order to apply the 3 month rule. So it didn't work for us. His internal company tranfer was taking place in the meanwhile....... Thanks, Buzz bee

Hi Brian78,

The case worker did not mention "P60"
when she said "bank statements", we offered the employment and financial documents file which contained it.

Thanks

Hi mariangel,

Yes you will get your brp along with ILR grant. Even we did not have brp before. Your biometrics will be taken before you meet the case worker. And I was told that we'll receive our brp by courier within 7 - 10 working days. I'm waiting for the same.

Many thanks,
