It is OK to leave on the 16 August 2013. I however doubt that she will be able to get her passport sent to the airport as it is only a week from now. You should contact the number given immediately so that they can try to get her passport given at the airport on the 16th or else you have to postpon...

@henrospanish - No, did not go through JRE. Just made a fresh application within 28 days. I am unfamiliar with the JRE process, nor am I aware of my solicitor's experience with JRE.
