Re: Biometrics Deadline - Is it Working Days

Astonished, Thanks a lot for your response. Yes I have been advised by senior members that UKVI sends a second letter with a 10 day time frame, so not really a show stopper but I want to get it done in the first attempt rather than waiting for a reminder. As Argus had suggested not to risk it for th...

Argus, Thanks for the response. I am in Almaty, Kazakhstan right now. Biometrics Deadline - Is it Working Days

Hi Everyone, I am sorry, I am again asking for some help on Biometrics matter. I have received a letter requesting Biometrics today (12th May ...

Re: Appied thru NCS and letter for original docs

Hi n8net, right now the best option for you is to provide them the original certificate with NARIC letters if you have them. Else go through an English test and give them the test certificate. No point in arguing really. As far as the option asking if you got ILR after Oct 2013. Till I know that is ...

Re: Is it possible to Delay Biometrics

Hi Char,

Thanks a lot for the response.
Sorry for the typo, i meant i have already applied on 21st April 2017.

So as i understand that UKVI will send me another letter giving me a shorter time period, if the Bio-metrics are not registered in the initial period of 15 days.

Thanks a lot.

Is it possible to Delay Biometrics

Re: British Citizenship question - Referees and other questi

Hi Jacob,

Your documents are all fine, you actually wont need all of them.

Questions 1-3, Yes you can leave them blank for now and can fill in during the NCS appointment with the advise from NCS person.
Question 4 - You wont need payslips, since you have your passports for last 5 years.

Re: Intention to Prosecute received after booking NCS

Hi Mattt,

I would recommend that you respond to the notice of intention to prosecute asap. At max you may get a FPN.
If this is the only FPN you have got in last 12 months, you should be fine.

Hope this helps.
Thanks

Re: Work absences waived for Naturalisation?

Hi Blinkhouse, absences of 100 days in last one year are normally disregarded. In case of any excess absences you will have to request discretion. Refer to Annexure B to chapter 18 of immigration rules. Also have you counted how many days were you absent from UK in last 5 years? and were you in UK e...
