Update: I am one of the July 2012 applicant. Just received a mis-delivery note from our postman when I came back from work this evening (16/04/2013)! The number on the card is the prepaid special delivery envelope that I've attached with my ILR application 9 months ago!! Going to pick it up tomorrow...
