this does not matter. I'm again speculating, but... The only way HomeOffice could get info about date of postage - is to look at the postage itself and find stamps with dates. If postage was processed next day, stamps would state this. Royal Mail is only guarantying date of delivery and not date of ...

Just curious, what time did you post your application on April 5th? There is last collection time in every PostOffice branch, and I'm just guessing now, but if you sent your docs after that time, it is possible that docs were collected and stamped by Royal Mail already on April 6th, where new rules ...

IMHO, but by requiring such evidences UKBA is collecting documents from immigrants, which later could be used against immigrants. Never forget question about deception on getting leave to enter or remain, mentioned in all forms. More papers from immigrant, more "food" for different sort of ...

Just curious, if Saturday in France breaking continuous residence in UK, does it mean that every entrance to UK person is becoming resident again and 1-year period of validity for international driving license resetting, and the same happening to tax periods?
