Re: British Citizenship -online application question

Hello!

I'd just put down that you visited Spain and France so mark it as "SPAIN/FRANCE" in the box. They are more concerned with the number of absent days.

Also, don't count the day that you travelled and the day you arrived back into the UK. These are discounted from the number of days absent :)

Re: Residency requirement

Hey! I don't think you'd meet the requirement but hopefully someone else can chip in? If you flew out on 06/09/15 then you weren't physically present in the UK 3 years ago. There is guidance on this and you can find this on: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/application-to-naturalise-as-a-b...

Re: Ndrs + Jcap - Checklist & Procedure steps

Hi,

Did they specifically ask for number 4 on your list? I have an appointment next week and that was not on my list of docs required?

Re: Confused about Citizenship date

Thanks for replying Secret Simon! Sorry, but if I were to apply on the 15th wouldn't I need to have been present in the UK on the 14th? Or am I mixing things up? What I gathered, I can apply on the 16th because I was physically present 1 day before this 3 years ago (15/08/15). But if I send the onli...
