Hi Goblin,

I sent the information to the same address as I originally sent the declaration form and other documents. It was a POBox address in Belfast.

Hi Tobi, I agree with you. I have seen a post where the online applicant provided the detail of the parents in the "Other Information" section and did not receive the letter. Do the IPS use the submitted passport photographs when they issue the passport or do they take a digital photo when you attend the interview?

If you strongly believe that you've always made your applications in-time then a covering letter with a Visa Start Date , Expiry Date and Application Posted Dates in a tabular format should serve the purpose.
