Yes Obie, I've read this, but the commencement of the paragraph refers- 17A. Where a person is a subcontractor under the Construction Industry Scheme administered by HMRC and does not rely on paragraph 13(e),

However I still do not see how bank statements are specified evidence and hence mandatory for non-salaried employees.

I attended an FLR(M) premium appointment and the caseworker was insistent that pay slips, employer's letters and P60s were insufficient to evidence meeting the income requirement, i.e. bank statements were specified evidence in the same way as applying under the salaried employment path. Hi Amanda, I see why you would think that, but the refusal wordings etc all indicate a Home Office refusal (NINO question for instance in the application). I wonder what happened in the end!

I'm not sure but looks like alots of Pakistanis have migrated from Britain to Ireland just for the sake of their family members immigration from pakistan to Ireland, and many of them have applied for this visa including permitted family members herethough in the beginning of february the irish immi...

Yes you should be OK as the Residence Card was issued before the change Agreed.
