My application was refused :/ They approved my mother's but refused mine stating that I didn't send evidence that I was continuously living in the country for 5 years, which I did, but unfortunately they didn't see it. Report says there are a high amount of refusals down to supposedly "sham" marriages. What the report doesn't tell you is how caseworkers come to such a conclusion and on what basis. I don't trust the judgement of caseworkers, not when I've seen so many laughable errors in law and mistakes...

You can either appeal or apply again, it's your choice. I don't the costs involved on appealing.
