I am wondering if I terminate myself from the company as director (sell all my shares to another shareholder) would that be treated me as an employee of a non-specified company. In that case, both of us fall under category A.

Thank you for your kind replies. She haven't used her existing visa yet. Also, not sure whether the flight on 20th Sep will operate. So, we wanted to apply visit visa again so that she can at least spent few months here.
