Re: Highly Urgent Cohabitation Document Clarification!

My friend, your HSBC joint account for the year 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014 - 2105 can be counted only as a single document and not 3 document. It can be counted as 1 document for you and 1 document for your spouse (as it is in joint name) Similarly, the savings account. It is not how many letters th...

Re: Need a clarification on the eligibility date for ILR

I have checked that probation period is two years as we come under the pre-july 2012 category. Applied for Visa on May 2012 and visa issued in May 2013 and only for 27months and not 30 months. Those people under the five year rule will be issued 30months visa at first and another 30 months visa when...

Need a clarification on the eligibility date for ILR

Need a clarification on the eligibility date for ILR. My wife was issued a 21/2 year visa in 10 May 2013 and I have checked with HO that she is eligible for ILR on the old 2 year spouse Visa rule. My question is, my Wife entered UK, on 25th May 2013, although the starting date of the Visa is 10th Ma...

Re: ILR Eligibility Check

I really doubt your Eligibility for ILR in FEB 2015. The reason is, the total number of days you are out of the country should be less than 90 in any calendar year. (Qualifying Period) On this, if you calculate, Between Feb2010 and July 2010, you were out by more than 90 days. However, if you wait u...

Re: ILR for Spouse - 2 Year Route

Thanks WR1. Just wondering what is the application type for this, SET(M), SET(O) or anything else. Bit confused. Also wondering do you personally think I should go through a solicitor. The only reason I am bit worried is, I am using the old rule, which not all case worker are aware of and may put my...
