Re: Turkish Employed visa-ECAA-1st indent

I don't think that it will be a problem since nothing against is written in the application forms. I wonder if you showed them business account details? I am confused since my friend who is going to apply for this visa is a permanent employee and doesn't have a business account. This is listed in th...

Re: EEA family member holds a PR and want to apply for a British citizenship

This is what I meant. 6 years is for the usual case, where you were on a route to settled status from the beginning and no time is lost because of delays in grants of relevant permission. You started on this route w...

Re: EEA family member holds a PR and want to apply for a British citizenship

Re: EEA family member holds a PR and want to apply for a British citizenship

So I was able to apply to citizenship with my application, but since I haven't done it now I have to wait 12 months after I receive it :( Stupid me :(

But It is good to hear that citizenship applications won't be affected.

Re: EEA family member holds a PR and want to apply for a British citizenship

Hi there, thank you for the answer. Do you have any information regarding what will be the citizenship criteria after Brexit? I am so concerned that they won't be giving us citizenships anymore. Just settlement. If I get my PR in next 3 months I will be able to apply June 2019 in best case scenerio ...

Re: EEA family member holds a PR and want to apply for a British citizenship

I am in the same situation and so confused. I've been living in the UK since October 2011. Till September 2012 I stayed here with a student visa. We got married with my husband before my visa expired and I got my residence documentation on April 2013. UK border agency prepared my residency document ...
