Please if somebody did not score any point(under age section) in the 1st extension, how will that affect the 2nd extension?

Please I am confused as to what fee to pay £1500 or £500. I saw both in the form. Who are those qualified for the £500 application fee.

I am due for indefinite by next year but I was out of uk initially when I came for about 2 years due to some unforeseen reasons.
Please what advice can the forum expert you give me?
