hlookoff just explain everything in cover letter. If nothing showing on crb then everything will be fine. They can't refused ilr because applicant convicted in court for minor traffic offences, but if they refuse ilr because of minor traffic offence then you can take ukba to court and give them othe...

i had conviction through court for mobile phone. I don't have any other problem with my record (crb, with police or other driving offences) my record is clean. 3 points and fine from court. Hello, i got my ilr this month and i want to know 2 question: 1) can i apply now for citizenship now (living in uk last 7 years - 4 years student, 1 year psw, 2 years flrm - and never been out of uk) 2) i had 3 points from court for mobile phone (cu80) nearly 4 years now? please advice me, thanks

i got my child certificate of registration and want to apply for child first British passport:

i just want to know do i have to send my wife non eea passport (shows ilr) along with certificate of registration and full birth certificate?

ILR Help

Hi, i am on flr(m) and i want to apply ilr next month. I had 3 points through court for red traffic light and fine £400. My visa expiring on 22/09/2012 and i had points in december/2008 from court. I spoken to dvla customer service and they told me my points will remove from there system on 05/09/20...
