I know what you mean but its good to b safe than sorry... I m coming back to original qs is there anyway to get 3years or it is just a rule to get 2year extn in your 2nd extn application???? Sorry to be a pain

Hi,

I would just check with my bank if there is any attempt from them to charge the payment.. As per the current trend they take the payment with 1-2 days of receiving the payment.

I am also wondering why they have sent you an acknowledgement letter?

Hi Uni_sk Yes you can claim points for the dividends income even if you are employed some where else. To claim dividens you need to be a share holder of the company. As per my experience.if you are applying within 3 months of your expiry you are like to get the extn from the expiry of your current visa.

Hi Johnjoe, To be very I honest I am not too sure, but as long as dividends are in accordance with the company laws you are fine.. But again take advice from senior members and financial consultants. If I were you I would check the accounts as layman because case workers are not financial consultant...

Dividends has nothing to do with salary slips. As long as Accountant approve those dividends and there is a tax provision in company accounts.. all o.k. to go
