Re: Successful PEO/PSC ILR applications

Dear SimplyHuman, my first question is any reason why you have not applied for the ILR for your UK born son along with your application also? My son is 9 months old and i will be eligible for ILR on 27th October and I was planning to take my son (along with my wife) for the premium appointment alon...

Apply child citizenship at the same time as parent ILR?

Hi, Did try to search but could not find anything relevant (atleast without going through 5335 search results). I am currently on Tier 1 General and will be applying for mine and wife's ILR soon. My question is, can I apply for my UK born child's citizen ship on the same day as I apply for my ILR? T...

Finally! My post had some effect. Received BRPs today. Not received the approval letter, passports, or documents. Visa issue date is 11/02/2013 and expiry is same day in 2015 not 02/09/2014.

That's the point. Its not odd few cases. It seems to be the trend in past few days/week. Looks like more people have been put on processing new applications than on backlog and the claim by UKBA that they process application in the order that these are received is a big lie.

What the f**k is UKBA doing?

My biometric was done on 10 September and I am still waiting. There are loads of people on trackitt.com who submitted biometrics in January (as late as 25th Jan!!!) and have received their approvals without expiation. What the heck is this bunch of morons (UKBA) doing?

These immigration consultants book all these appointments hence no one else is able to book any. I kept trying to book an appointment for 4 weeks and then sent my application in post as I could not get an appointment. I don't know why UKBA is allowing this. People are paying a lot of money to UKBA a...
