Re: One parent on ILR, new born on child passport query

Thank you.

Do we need references are they are required for MN1 or in this case not required?

Do we have to send original documents in post or post office can see and verify so we don't have to send originals?

I understand we can fill form online or pick up hardcopy from any post office branch.

One parent on ILR, new born on child passport query

Hello

If one parent has ILR and they have a baby who is born in UK after parent has ILR, can child apply for British passport directly? If yes how?

Will we apply for child British Passport at any post office and no need to apply to Home Office?

Not able to find clear answers.

Thank you.

Re: Advice needed regarding Employment after Extension

The new guidance read it nasiaziz Please quote the text from guidance here which confirms that it is from extension that employees can be claimed? I don't see anything in guidance supporting this. It clearly says in guidance that after being 5 years on this visa, one can apply for ILR. 202. You can...

Re: Advice needed regarding Employment after Extension

I understand from guidance that one can apply for ILR after being 5 years on Entrepreneur visa, so you should be claiming employees from May2016 even though you got extension in Nov2016.

Zimba,

Please could you provide your input on this?

Thank you.

28 days over stay rule abolished, no appeal rights for no one as far as I understand, they are making it impossible for immigrants and their intentions are clear.

If your appeal is dismissed at Court of Appeal, then within 28 days you make new application and get visa, will this have broken you long residence or no?

Any court decision on this please?
