Re: 10 years long residence applications

Thanks for your time and advice. What do u suggest whether should I go for Premium service or postal one ? I don't think that the premium service is the right one for you. After all, they will have to decide it more time and it will take months for you to decide the application. Your case is a comp...

Re: Another director as employee - UK Citizen

Hi All, I have another couple of quirky question for the gurus and members of the forum, this time from accelerated ILR perspective. Please be patient, it's a mid-long size read. I have tried to keep it crisp. I have launched a venture in collaboration with a UK citizen, who is also a director and ...

They would still reject the application. to softwareluv - Obviously you have followed the rules and yet you got rejected application. You must prepare your new application like top notch. Becaus...

Re: Documents required for ILR 10 YRS

That's true that you need all of your passport. But if you can't give all of your passport. Then it would be essential to give other documents to show that you've been here for the period of 10 years. After all, the HO knows whether you have been granted visas or not. The only thing that might be qu...

Hi.

I think 28 days does not apply anymore after this 24th November? It's based on new rule for overstayer. It's reduced to 14 days but it's up to HO to decide.

Thanks

Re: Application and AR Refused, Please Help!

Hi. Zimba and other members have addressed "Karan13" correctly. 1. It doesn't make sense when you apply your application to create a business in the UK when you've been to the UK before. 2. If you had to pay for the taxes as a result to make your application easier. Then it seems that's the best way...

Re: No further in Country right of appeal after 1St of Decem

It's going to be difficult to stay in the UK after this. Many would just go somewhere else. Suppose the first application is being rejected by the HO. Then applying for the second one is being approved. The person is still not able to get settled here as 28 days is not part of the rule. The worse th...
