We mentioned it to make sur...

If you look round on this forum there are email addresses that people have had responses from so you could try those. I did call the number ...

Msx2013 in answer to your original post, it is my understanding that with a fine from court you can apply after 3 years have gone. How they will look at it I can't say as I don't think anyone has had there application processed yet. Ours is in with a mobile phone conviction 3.5 years ago. You could ...

my husband mentioned his FPN for speedng on page 13 of the form. there is no specific space for it but we wanted to mention it so they didn't think we were trying to hide it and NCS said this wouldn't hurt the application. We were also supplying his Driving licence and it is quite clearly on there a...

I agree with Genorp I think it would be safer to take the FPN as there is far less consequenes. Citizenship disreguard FPN as long as there is no more than 1 in the last 12 months. However the decision is entirely yours and if you feel you want to fight and take whatever the consequences are good or...

Hello, if you loose it is likely that the court will issue the same penalty as the FPN (in my husbands case for use of a mobile phone it was £60 fine and 3 points). It is my understanding that once the fine is issued in Court it has a rehabilitaion period with it. Under new rules UKBA are saying 3 y...

I didn't know about the driving rule I just went along with what hubby told me, however when he was pulled up We took the car off the road until he had passed a UK test so that I could ensure he was driving on a legal licence. I tend to be a bit more wary about things now and check things out more, ...

I have actually found it more the other way round. There is actually very little about outcomes, rather lots of questions being asked on the subject but there are a couple of posts with regards to rejections, however I haven't seen many successes. Now, is this down to the fact there haven't been any...

I am offended that you feel I would gain pleasure listening to the details of someone else's misfortunes in obtaining convictions that wou...

Also if they haven't already sent them back can you ask for them to be returned without it affecting your application. We are due to apply in December but will need the passports a...
