bad bad day today......... i posted passport application through local post office (they do not offer check & send service). this is my first adult passport so includes my other passport and citizenship certificate.... i just check i forget to include the passport fee cheque in the envelope..... err...

I'm applying for naturalisation by post.

Just wondering should I send my application by signed for first class?

Also would home office returns original passport after couple of weeks or they return with approval letter?

Do I need to send my own original passport or just the copy?

My spouse holds dual nationalities. Do I need to send copy of both of his passports

Do I need to send copy of our marriage certificate. The marriage certificate is not in English though?

Help please... I am British national and my wife qualified for the naturalisation six months ago but we never applied for the passport. I applied for my British citizenship under form AN about seven weeks ago.

Today I received PCN of worth £30 as I was driving in a bus lane.

the HO should receive your application no sooner than the 1st of November, meaning if you go to NCS on the 31st of October, it should be ok as NCS would then send it and HO would get it on the 1st of Nov correct me if i'm wrong senior members? I got email and sms message that application has been processed on Friday 28th Sept. I opted for postal delivery. I think it will be delivered on tomorrow hopefully.
