My question is to the gurus which date should I use to apply for my new born baby who's DOB is 07/02...

Re: Long residence - short of a couple of months

Hi Gameover_786, Thank you so much for your response! I'm glad to see, that it took them around 4 weeks to invite you for biometrics. I'm hoping this is standard :D. How long have you been given to respond to the biometric invitation? You also mentioned that you'll enrol biometrics for your dependa...

Hi Gameover_786, Have you got any update regarding your application? You might recall I'm in the same boat as you, 68 (40+28) days short of 10 years LR. Any Timeline update, regarding acknowledgement letter, biometrics etc. will be much appreciated. I applied for FLR (FP), no dependants, on 29th De...

Re: FLR(FP) application

Dear haris_zam & gameover_786, I am happy to help out other members at this forum. If one goes to a solicitor for variation from FLR(FP) to SET(LR), the solicitors would represent their client, filling out the SET(LR) form and drafting a cover letter. The problem then is that you never get to h...

Re: FLR(FP) application

Hi haris_zam, Its a pity how these solicitors play with peoples future. I had been to my solicitors. Although they are genuine but they cost me a fortune to vary my FLR(FP) file to SET(LR). To be honest SET(LR) file is much more straightforward and easier to fill when compared to FLR(FP). My recomm...
