I believe that Gerry's and the consultae in Karachi are acting merely as a postal service. Looks like they are taking up to 2 months just to forward the application to INIS. Can we do something about this? Where to complain?

OR
Do these authorities have to go through the application as well (a bit)?

Even if the vote is to leave, the UK will not exit the EU overnight or immediately. If the vote is yes, expect tougher rules on SS route. 1. For accompanied visa you will have to travel with them to ireland from pakistan. As the border comtrol will clearly see "acc" on thier visa which means EEA national not accompanying them will create all sorts of problems. Also ive heared even pakistani immigration wud now not let them board ...

Absolutely. For join visa it shows your already in ireland excercing your treaty rights. Which means extra docs. On the other hand Accompanied visa is an easy process with less hassle. Thanks, 1.
