I'm an Australia citizen, applying for a UK tier 2 ICT partner visa while still holding an existing tier 5 visa. Is there a standing period apply? I have heard someone said there might be a standing period when getting a new visa.

Just want to confirm there is no way I can apply for a Tier 2 dependent visa in the UK. I can see there is an option in the online application process where I can select Tier 2 dependent with in UK.

May I apply before my tier 5 expires?
