What happens if UK leaves the EU?

Hey all, I currently hold a EEA2 visa, due to expire in November 2017. I ofcourse had the intention of applying for a permanent RC in 2017, however the recent election victory of the conservative party indicates that an EU referendum is on the cards as early as next year. EEA2 RC in old passport

Hey guys,
i have got a eea2 rc valid till nov 2017 in my old expired passport. I just got a new passport, and was planning to transfer it to my new passport? Do i really need to do it to travel in and out of uk freely, as some people say i can travel with both passports and its not a problem at all?

What happens to EEA2 RC if UK leaves the EU?

Hey guys,

I am a bit concerned about something.

I recently got a EEA2 residence card. I was just wondering, what happens to my RC if UK leaves the EU?

Will me and my wife be required to leave the country, as my RC will be void?

I know this might sound a bit desperate, but maybe you can check with your neighbours? Sometimes, postmen do that, if they find no body is home, they leave postage with the neighbours. Also, Writing to your MP would be a good idea, and let him know that the 6 months deadline passed and UKBA has been...

Congrats, Craxy!! I do have a question for you though - what was the excess attached to your wife's CSI? I'm a student as well and have found a super cheap insurance that has a "rolling" excess of Β£1500 and I just want to make sure that I won't get turned down for it not being "comprehensive" enoug...

Ppl generally receive their RC's on Thursdays/ Fridays/ or Saturdays.
