Nationality born abroad to british Citizen

Hi ,

I have a query. My friend (born in Pakistan) came to UK and naturalized. He is British citizen now. he moved abroad last year, and got a child born abroad this year. Will the child be British citizen by born?

Assuming your children were born in the Uk, yes you should be able to claim child benefit straight away.
