maximum time line

can anyone suggest me that what is the maximum time lune for ilr postal services. as i have applied on 13 march 2012 and guven my biometric in april but havent received my doc yet n waiting for confirmation please advice if anyone got their ilr n took longer than 6 months my case base on 8 years on ...
