Re: Tier 2 Extension SOC Reference

Thank you for your response. I greatly appreciate it. Could you please advise me that why it won't be the older document since you have advised to reference the latest one (6th April 2015). I was under the impression that you are supposed to reference the document which is nearest to the date when t...

Re: Part-time working and sponsorhip

What visa are you currently on? You didn't make that clear? If you are making an initial tier 2 (G) application - if you look at the soc codes and the job descriptions first of all there is no mention of part-time work hours - most jobs are full-time (37 hours/week) that is why they have those assoc...

Re: Switching from Tier-2 again-Please help-urgent

First of all I am sorry to hear about your redundancy. This is the first time I am hearing that a uk employer has made non-eu resident redundant despite going all the effort to hire you in the first place. Anyway, sorry to hear about this. To me, I don't see a problem in you taking another tier 4 an...

Re: Tier 2 General Dependant Visa Queries

To me it looks like that you are the Main Applicant because these questions are referring to your status in UK. Although, this is really strange and absolutely unacceptable. Why can't ukba make clear forms. On another suggestion, can I suggest you to call ukba and ask them to clarify this with you. ...

Tier 2 PBS Migrant Dependent Visa - Evidence Query

Hello everyone, Wishing you all a very Happy and Prosperous new year 2014 ahead. I am wondering if anyone can kindly respond to my simple query. We recently got a rejection from ukba where it was highlighted that 'there is lack of evidence to show that our marriage is subsisting'. We made this appli...

How come your bachelors degree is huge?? everyone else seems to have 1 certificate that says BSc / BA in something and a university Logo. Please don't send ukba your transcripts for your bachelor. 6 Days by providing ukba everything they need to see and not via premium service but by priority service.

Hi,

What noobs these UKBA people are. You are calling them and they are telling you to email someone. Ridiculous.

Good job that you sent an email. Keep me updated what happens. I am sure you will have it sooner or later.

Best wishes,

Clarification on Maintenance for Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Hi folks, Here I am again, baffled at the way UKBA puts their policy guidance together, why can't they write something explicitly, there is so much room for making assumptions. Anyway, this is the current policy guidance for Tier 2 Dependent: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/application...

Hi, Call UKBA on their Croydon office number (see ukba website) and shout at them. This works for mostly Monday morning 9 am sharp. You should get through to someone. Have you been given a reference number by UKBA? When you talk to them tell them this reference number so they can load your applicati...

Hi Rihan, I have first hand experience in this. Your company/employer applied for Tier 2 Sponsor Licence today. First of all they will get a notification from UKBA asking them(your employer) to provide supporting documents. Your employer should send this to them in the timescale mentioned by UKBA. W...

Hi Ravi, First of all sorry to hear about this terrible news of rejection. Guys, rule of thumb is 3 weeks to 3 months. However policy guidance also suggests that if all documents requested by UKBA are submitted to them in accordance to their requirement, the sponorship licence arrives early and in time scale of [4-6 weeks; 90% of applications are dealt with]. The only reas...

Thank you so so so so much for this. Now I understand what the problem is. The reason we don't see the option on our system is because we have not requested for an allocation yet . However, looking at the instructions, there is nothing on the SMS that clearly indicated that the request is for Unrest...

Hello All, Kindly assist me with your thoughts. My employer is in the process of making an Tier 2 Unrestricted Allocation request to UKBA. 1.
