ILR dependent to citizen dependent

Hello Members, My wife currently is under PBS dependent visa till march 2015 , as i have now got british citizenship , under what category her visa extension will happen? i.e will i have to fill FLR M? She entered country in NOV 2012 , so will be under 5 year rule for settlement 1st visa : Nov 2012 ...

Ok so if decide to apply again; should i attach my wife's bank statements?

My latest bank balance is more than enough for the maintenance fund requirement.

My only concern is whether i have to show 1 set of maintainence fund in UK and another set of maintainence in india.

I guess since my bank statement was not valid they considered her statement.

Will it help if i appeal along with the latest bank statement?

Even if i decide to apply again , do i need to show some funds in india for my wife? , no where in the guidance it says wife should have funds in india.
