I contacted the customer service yesterday to get an update and received an email saying that the decision has been made and the email was sent to me on the 24th June itself. Wrong CCJ as I was away when the decision was sent and the other party did not appeal and the CCJ lapsed.

Is there a way it as I have genuinely been involved in business and do fulfill all the other requirements??

A poor credit history will indeed affect your ability to open a business bank account.
