I booked the two appointments for next month. I cannot cancel one where UKBA site doesn't provide options to cancel or to reschedule. I called ukba they told they can cancel only appointment just before 48 hrs. Is this new policy since 06/04/2013?

@balak2, You dont need to go for 2nd extension as you entered into UK within 90 days of your visa start date. Those period can be taken into your ILR qualifying period.

Call customer care office of the PEO, they will guide you. I think you should pay the fee within 48 hrs of PEO appointment secured.

Don't show your salary account with overdrawn. The case worker will subtract the overdraft withdrawn amount from your maintenance fund.
