Hi Guys, My ILR application is due on 27 Jan 14. In April 12, i went for an unpaid holiday to Paris. I got rejected to pass the boarder control at Paris train station when coming back to london. Hi purlain, Yes I have 2 dependents. When did u book appointment for 27th Jan? What time you tried? Please let me know it might be more difficult to get one for application with dependents, but as for single applicant like me, should be easy to get one at any time of a day. I booked mine this Monday.

Hi any one can suggest me can I book the ILR PEO appointments 42 days prior and at what time they will be released during the day I been trying day and night for the past 4 days for every hour (at 12 am - 1am, 2am, 4am & during daytime randaomly) and did not see any appointment after 9th January 20...

If I have less than one year left on my Tier 1 visa, can my wife and child still get dependent visa from overseas?

Or is it better we wait until after i have got indefinite leave to remain?
